ADHS Online Immunization Education Course

Village Meadows participates in the Arizona Immunization Online Education program.  If a parent wishes to request exemption from any vaccination requirements for their child, they may obtain the exemption by completing the online immunization course. Upon finishing the course, the parent will have the ability to print their exemption request and turn it in to the school nurse.
