Hi! My name is Elisa Cisneros, and I am incredibly excited to join the Village Meadows community as the new EL Specialist. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to building relationships with students, families, and staff while supporting our multilingual learners.
I have been part of the Deer Valley Unified School District since 2019. I began my journey in education as a paraprofessional at Sierra Verde, where I spent 3 years supporting students and learning the importance of creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. I then worked as an EL Instructional Assistant at Legend Springs for 3 years, where my passion for supporting English learners continued to grow. In July 2026, I am excited to begin the Teacher Prep Program as I continue my journey as an educator.
Born in Tijuana, Mexico, I have been married since 2007 and we have two children, Alyssa (19) and William (18). I enjoy going to the movies with my husband, spending time outdoors, camping, road trips and serving in our Church CCV. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Mexico, which has been an important part of my educational journey.
I am excited for this new chapter at Village Meadows and look forward to learning, growing, and working together to help our students succeed.
