Welcome to Fifth Grade! I am so happy you are here! The 2024/25 school year is my first year at Village Meadows and I am overjoyed to be your child’s teacher.

Get to Know Me

I moved to Arizona from Toronto for school and am a graduate of Grand Canyon University. I received my Bachelor’s of Science with a double major in  Elementary Education and Psychology as well as a minor in Social Work.

I love all things creative and arts and crafts related and I hope to let that shine in my classroom. In my spare time, I love to be with my friends and family, go on coffee runs, and travel when I can.

Here Are Some Fun Facts About Me!

• I have lived in the US, Canada, and Europe
• I have Celiac which shocks my students when I have to turn down a cupcake
• I grew up spending most of my time competing in Dance and Gymnastics
• Writing is my favorite subject

In our classroom and at Village Meadows, all students will have the opportunity to demonstrate and practice SEAS. It is expected that in the classroom, students have an open mind, are ready to learn, and use SEAS as a reminder of acceptable behavior. This contributes to our campus culture, allows students to experience consistency, and adds to their learning experience alongside the relationships they build.
