My Name is Ms. Koenig and I am excited to be your child’s teacher this year!  This is my third year teaching third grade at Village Meadows.  

Before coming to Village Meadows I worked as Paraprofessional and Instructional Assistant.  Additionally, I taught art at the college level to high school students and adults.  My path to teaching was not traditional, but I am passionate about teaching and education. I strongly believe that every child deserves a quality education and every child can learn.

I have been married for seventeen years and have one son in high school. My family includes one dog (Taco) and one cat (Oreo). I like to learn about plants and animals native to the Sonoran Desert and explore the natural beauty of Arizona. I look forward to getting to know your child and to a spectacular and successful school year!
