Tumblebooks is a great resource for new and improving readers. There are hundreds of books available online for your children to read. TumbleBooks Readables is a sister site with chapter books and graphic novels for the more advanced readers.
IXL Math is an online program with practice, tracking and awards!
Students have access to BrainPOP until 5:30 daily.
It's a great website for support in all academic areas.
Village meadows aims for advancED accreditation
Village Meadows is currently applying for accreditation as part of a district wide initiative. Village Meadows has established a team of teachers, classified staff and parents that will be completing the accreditation application. The process of applying is a set of rigorous protocols and research-based processes for evaluating an institution’s organizational effectiveness. Accreditation examines the whole institution—the programs, the cultural context, the community of stakeholders—to determine how well the parts work together to meet the needs of students.
